Snow much fun

We had a pretty good snowfall in February and the girls couldn't wait to get outside.  The girls really hadn't been able to go outside and play in the snow this winter, and Lily didn't know what to think at first.

 

Ainsley loved it right away and had an easier time walking around in it.

It didn't take Lily too long to realize snow was pretty fun.  She tried eating it off of her mittens, and thought it was fun to throw it at sissy!

Joel made a big snow pile for them to play on, and Ainsley loved being Queen of the Castle!  Of course, the squirrels needed more food, which led to the girls running up and down the hill in the backyard until they couldn't run any more.

After all the running, they needed to take a break.  I don't know which one drug the first chair out, but they sat and rested in their lawn chairs for quite a few minutes before getting up and playing some more!!!
