Great Weekend

We had another busy but great weekend. We babysat Drake Saturday and took him to the park. He loved it! I don't know which he liked more, the play equipment or watching the people.

His favorite thing was the tunnel. He probably walked through it 15 times. Every time he would have to yell (just like he does in the entrance of Walmart) to hear the echo. The things that entertain kids is amazing!

Saturday night Josh, Kathleen, and Nathan came over to visit and play. I don't think Drake knew what to think of Nathan!

Sunday we went down to the boat. We picked up Grandma Mary and Dad and spent the afternoon at the boat and then ate on our way home. We had a great time! I think Joel finally believes that Grandma really does say what's on her mind an doesn't leave anything to the imagination. Her and Joel think way too much alike!!

After the busy weekend, Joel and I are looking forward to relaxing this week. Joel is going to start harvesting next week, so he'll keep busy with that. Last weekend Lani did my hair and makeup. You can't really tell in the picture, but I had white, blue, and pink lipgloss all over my face. I don't know who taught her how to put on makeup, but she has a lot to learn!
