Lily's doctor visit

I took Lily into the doctor yesterday morning.  She's been having tummy issues and has been constipated.  The doctor told me there was medicine she could give her, but it does the same thing as juice, so we're going to try the juice route first.  I'm going to start giving her an ounce of juice with an ounce of water once a day every day to see if that helps.  If it doesn't help, we'll probably try the medicine.  I also decided to go ahead and switch her formula from the "gentle" to "sensitive".  I figured it won't hurt to try a different kind to help her.  The doctor said switching formula won't do anything for constipation and gas, but I'm still going to give it a try.
Waiting for the doctor to come in
Lily weighed 10 pounds 6 ounces yesterday!  I couldn't believe it.  I thought she would be around 8-9 pounds.  There was no way I thought she was 10 pounds.  No wonder the newborn clothes don't fit her anymore!  She's not going to be in the 0-3 month clothes for much longer.  Her little thighs are starting to get rolls, and she's filling out all over.  I have a feeling she's going to be chunky like her sister!

  1. She looks so sweet! Good luck with the stoppage. Hopefully the juice will do the trick!
