Spring

How about an all-encompassing miscellaneous spring post?!  I promise it will be full of pictures. :)
Two of the cutest laundry helpers I've ever seen!

They liked to pretend they were on a bus reading books.

They were playing "going to Dallas like Mommy"

We found the little Chinese outfit Aunt Doris had got for Ainsley and had to try it on Lily!
We participated in the annual Puttin' Round the Block, and it was nice (as always) to have a day/night away.

Lily went through a phase for a few months, where you would almost always find her with this stuffed orange duck.  She'd tell you that the duck "pooted" and was always on the lookout for baby wipes so she could wipe the duck's butt.  She's quite the little mother hen!
We went to the St. Patrick's Day parade, and it was a little chilly!

We did some baking...

There were a few sick days, unfortunately...

And, some Daddy snuggles...

Crazy faces...

A few nice days enjoying the outdoors....

Enjoying some of our last weeks playing in the basement...

Here's a video of Lily "talking to Daddy" on the phone.

Mom and Mark bought all of us tickets to see Brit Floyd (a Pink Floyd tribute band), and we all met in St. Louis for supper and the concert.

I took the girls to Buchheit one Saturday morning for pictures with the Easter bunny.  Lily freaked out as soon as she saw the guy in the bunny suit, and it all went downhill from there.  I should have just went home.  Instead, I thought maybe it would calm her down to go to the back of the store and look at the baby chicks.  Total Mom fail.  All the animals in the back freaked her out even more.  At least Ainsley had fun looking at the animals...

I curled Ainsley's hair for spring pictures at school.  (I need to do that again, because she loved having curls!)
Lily made a few attempts during the spring to sit on the potty, but she didn't have much luck actually going.
Jennifer brought the twins over one afternoon, and the girls had lots of fun fighting over them.  Lily did NOT want them to leave!
She thought she was big stuff feeding Brooklyn

Don't take them away Aunt Fer!
