Drake's 4th birthday

We've had a lot going on in the past few weeks, and I'm going to attempt to catch up in the next few days.  It seems like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done. 

A few weeks ago was Drake's fourth birthday.  I can't believe he's four years old!  I remember the day Jennifer called to tell me she was in labor.  I was sitting in the lab in Somerset, KY and couldn't believe I was hours away and she was going to have Drake.  We flew back to Litchfield that afternoon and Joel and I headed to the hospital that evening.  Little did we know that it would turn out to be a very long night.  I don't remember the exact time Joel and I ended up leaving the hospital to go home and get some sleep, but it was probably around 3 or 4 in the morning and Drake still hadn't arrived.  Of course, the little stinker decided to make his appearance an hour after we left the hospital.  He's kept us on our toes ever since! 

He had a John Deere party and we also celebrated Brianna's 18th birthday that day also.

I think Drake only got a little bit of spit on the cake while blowing out his candles!  And, it took Brianna quite a while to blow out all eighteen of her candles.

Drake got lots of cool toys, including some Little Einsteins dvds that Ainsley liked.

Ainsley liked playing in the bounce house (by herself).  I was too scared to let her in there with other kids!

It ended up being a nice day for a birthday party!
