The picture below pretty much sums up our night of trying to take a picture. I had a coupon for a few free cards, so I printed them off and sent them to a few people before sending our actual cards out.

Happy Holidays-from our dysfunctional family to yours... |
I think my daughter's cheeks are the best cheeks to kiss in this whole world. They are so chubby and soft. I'm pretty sure her cheeks get kissed at least 50 times a day!
It snowed here again today, and it wouldn't have been bad if the wind wasn't blowing. The wind has been terrible all day. There were times when we couldn't even see the neighbor's house across the street. Thankfully, we didn't have to get out of the house today and Joel was home by 1 o'clock, which was just in time for the power to finally go out for good. The power had been flickering on and off all morning, but it finally went off and didn't come back on until a little after 5 tonight. It was starting to get chilly in the house, but we got power just in time! Ainsley didn't know what to think about not having light or tv. She slept for most of the afternoon, so that was nice.
She was able to catch up on her reading while the power was out. Joel had been sitting at the table reading the paper, and when he got up, Ainsley ran over and climbed in the chair and had to do what Daddy had been doing!
Last night we went to Evandy's Boatel to eat. Our experience was much better this time than the last and the food was really good! I was so excited that Ainsley's little pink and leopard coat from last year still fit her. The hat's a little snug this year, but she liked it!
