Christmas Round 4

After a long day of visiting family, we headed to Dad's house for our final stop.  We were planning on staying the night there and opening gifts the next morning, but Ainsley couldn't wait until the next morning.  She wanted to open the presents that night.  I mean, she didn't get enough earlier in the day, right?!  So, once Thomas, Jamie, and Hudson got back to Dad's that night, we opened presents.

Ainsley was excited for all of her presents.  She got a keyboard, guitar, Doc McStuffins suitcase and backpack, and dress up outfits.  As if that wasn't enough, Grandpa Bill got her a Minnie Mouse bike and helmet!

She tried "riding" it around for a little bit, but quickly realized she couldn't make it far with all the other presents laying around.  She played with her keyboard for a little bit before deciding she was beat and ready for bed.

The girls had fun playing with their toys the next morning, while Hudson slept all morning.  I swear, that kid sleeps more than anyone I know!

Hudson finally woke up and decided it was time to play for a little bit before falling back asleep.

Ainsley was supervising the toy making process
We headed home after lunch with a full car.  We were all ready to get home after a very busy day before.  It was pretty nice getting a few stops out of the way before Christmas.  I was able to get everything put away before Christmas actually hit.  Joel complains every year about all of our stops we make during the holidays, but that's the only thing I know.  We always went to lots of places as kids, and I'm glad my girls will have plenty (if not too many) places to go during the holidays also.
