Merry Christmas!

Santa and his elf worked hard getting everything put together for two special little girls for Christmas.
Joel and I actually woke up before either of the girls Christmas morning and Dad got here before either girl woke up too.  They were excited to get down to the basement to see what Santa brought them, and Santa didn't disappoint!

Lily was actually into unwrapping the presents this year, and it was fun to watch her.

Lily loved all of her books and baby dolls she got this year, and Ainsley was excited for her Barbies!

The girls didn't like leaving all their toys at home, but they knew they'd be getting more throughout the day.  We still had to go to Grandma Shelly's and then finish out the day at Jim and Rita's.
Hudson, Rusty, Rowdy, Lily and Ainsley all lined up!

Silly faces!

This girl....

Such a little stud.
Ainsley and Rowdy liked helping Uncle Tanner pass out all the gifts.

Bossy pants

Hudson was a little jealous...

The girls were able to play for a little bit at Mom and Mark's before we headed to Bluffs for the rest of the day.
Playing Grandma Rita's iPad and picking your nose....it's what all the cool kids do!
We ate some more at Jim and Rita's and then opened presents.

Drake had to steal the baby doll...

We didn't stay long that evening, because we had two very tired little girls (and two exhausted parents).  Luckily, we didn't have anywhere to go the day after Christmas and could relax!
